Thurs 5/6 Blog Prompt - Digital Scrapbook Place
Choose a character. What was your favorite fairy tale as a child, and which character did you most identify with?
Its not the typical "fair tale' but I LOVED Madeline L'Engle's A Wrinkle In Time and boy did I identify with Meg! She was smart, a loner, and adventurous....I admired her and wanted to be her. I read all the books in that series voraciously....over and over again.
I coudn't wait to introduce my daughters to Meg..........

I loved that book, too! I had almost forgotten about it...will have to show my little ones that one someday!
Ah yes, a Wrinkle in Time. Another great favorite. Now I just have to break down and buy the dvd.
I never read that one- but it sounds like a great book for kids.
This was a good book too and I enjoyed it! My heart always ached for Meg because I wanted her not to feel so alone.
